What is crystal meth?

Crystal methamphetamine is a highly addictive drug that can be made inexpensively using regular, easy-to-access drugstore and household substances.

Why is it so harmful?

Crystal meth gives users a high, much like cocaine, and is very addictive. Crystal meth produces a much longer-lasting high than cocaine. Since it can be made very inexpensively, it is also sold cheaply, which makes it very accessible, including for teens and young people.

Signs that someone is using crystal meth
